Our largest and most exciting conference yet
We’re excited to welcome you to a very special Conference and Awards Dinner. This year we have a completely different set-up from our previous conferences. Expect a compact, fast-paced and fun-filled two-day programme including plenty of social events, field trips and networking opportunities.

Choose from two bus tours: The first bus will visit some of New Zealand’s leading businesses in the landscape sector, while the second bus will visit growing operations at the cutting-edge of technology and sustainability.
‘Night at the Races’ Awards Dinner
Join us to celebrate outstanding industry contributions at our Industry Awards Dinner at the premium Karaka Pavilion thoroughbred venue. We’ll be galloping through an unforgettable evening and having a ‘virtual’ bet on the horses as well.

Young Plant Producer of the Year
In partnership with IPPS, the Young Plant Producer competition will be held as part of our Conference programme. This year we will celebrate 30 years of this important competition.

Conference venue
Karaka Pavilion, Auckland
For more than 100 years the premium Karaka Pavilion venue has been the beating heart of New Zealand Bloodstock breeding and racing thoroughbred excellence, including Phar Lap and Tulloch.
The Karaka Pavilion conference venue and DoubleTree by Hilton hotel are a 20-min drive from Auckland Airport.
Pricing and packages
Full or part participation
To see the cost of your participation, follow the delegate registration process to select from full two-day participation including all social events, one-day part participation or the Awards Dinner only.
Accommodation
We also have accommodation packages available at DoubleTree by Hilton in Karaka, on the same grounds as the Karaka Pavilion conference venue. You can book accommodation through the registration process.
We will send you an invoice for payment. Conference registration and accommodation bookings will be confirmed on payment.
Young Plant Producer of the Year
Contestants at the Young Plant Producers of the Year have free access to the event. Family members wishing to attend the Awards Dinner can book as a delegate and select Option C: Awards Night.
The DoubleTree by Hilton in Karaka is on the same grounds as the Karaka Pavilion venue.
